Contact

Support for the site.

Contact Cosmic Meridian support for site problems without sending birth details, coordinates, chart exports or other sensitive information.

For a site problem, write to support@cosmicmeridian.com. This is the only contact route for the publisher, Cosmic Meridian.

What to write about

• Corrections. Name the page and the figure or sentence that looks wrong. The claim is checked against the engine and the page is corrected. The editorial policy describes the process.
• Privacy requests. Ask to see, correct, copy or delete what an account keeps, including older weekly notes. The privacy page explains what is kept.
• Accessibility. Tell us which page or control you could not use, and which device or assistive technology you used.

What to expect

We read what arrives. Privacy requests are handled as the privacy policy describes; other messages are answered when we can. We promise no response time.

Please do not send birth dates, birth times, locations, chart exports, passwords, payment details or health information. The calculation tool itself does not require email support to work.
