Trine
An easy 120-degree angle between two points — the most flowing aspect, often read as an ease or a talent that arrived without effort.
A trine sits at 120 degrees, a third of the full circle, and it's the aspect most consistently read as ease: the two points involved share an element, fire, earth, air or water, and that shared footing lets them work together with very little friction. This can be a real strength, a talent that shows up early and needs little forcing, but it's also the aspect most likely to be taken for granted, since nothing about it demands attention the way a square does. A chart with several trines can read as comfortable rather than dynamic, which isn't a flaw so much as a different shape of chart. Alongside the sextile, it rounds out the pairing usually described as the easier half of the five standard aspects.
